  Title: Domestic training programs for engineering and technical personnel and management personnel in various sectors as well as for government officials.
Results: 1775 classes held and 83864 person-time trained in the year of 2009, including long-term and short-term  programs, such as “enterprise CEO program for construction managers”,”CEO training program in energy and electric power sectors”, “environment art and design program”, “public administration program” and “venture investment program”, etc.

International Training Program

    Title: International training programs for overseas and domestic management personnel in various sectors, for overseas and domestic students in middle school and college as well as for overseas and domestic government officials. 
Results: 109 classes held and 3899 person-time trained in the year of 2009, including long-term and short-term programs, such as Chinese culture and China’s national situation program, including Chinese policy and Chinese investment environment, etc.

  Consultation repots with 134 thousand words have been completed, including The Current Situation Survey and Report on Demand Analysis for the Learning Enterprise - Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Group Co., Ltd, The Overall Implementation Scheme in Building Learning-Enterprise for Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Group Co., Evaluation Report on Building Learning-Enterprise for Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Group Co. and The Activities Conclusion in Building Learning-enterprise for Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Group Co. The program, which has been accomplished, aims to help Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Group Co., Ltd. establish an inner learning platform and instruct its practice. As a successful case in building learning enterprise based on the cooperation between university and enterprise, it has been written into the Overall Research Report on the Operation Mechanism of University Enterprise Co-Constructing Learning Enterprises funded by China’s MOE.

·Intended use of results
Several research reports with more than 110 thousand words have been successively accomplished, such as The Necessity and Feasibility Study on University Enterprise Co-constructing Learning-enterprise, The Drive Mechanism, Optional Mechanism and Interest Mechanism of University Enterprise Co-Constructing Learning Enterprises, and the Overall Research Report on Operation Mechanism of University Enterprise Co-Constructing Learning Enterprises, etc. Also several theses, such as The Role of the University in the Building of Learning-Enterprises, Research on Operation Mechanism of University Enterprise Co-Constructing Learning Enterprises, Co-sharing Resources Mechanism Research based on University and Enterprise Cooperation. The project not only perfects theoretical research on learning enterprises as well as university and enterprise cooperation, but also plays an important role in instructing enterprises’ practices. The research results have been adopted by large-scale state-owned enterprises and produce practical effects.

    Application  Research on Development of Accreditation in Engineering Training and Education (DAETE) Project of International Association for Continuing Engineering Education(IACEE)(This research mainly focuses on the self-assessment standard on continuing education)

·Intended use of results
    8 pilot Chinese organizations were assessed. The research report on DAETE, which evaluates and concludes the usage of DAETE model, has been highly recognized by IACEE. The work makes a contribution to the evaluation standard of continuing education in the world.

IV. Outcomes
